Shirley J. Milhouse is the Pastor of BASIC Ministry in Orangeburg SC. She has served over 20 years faithfully in ministry.

Pastor Shirley is energetic, compassionate and enjoys inspiring others. Her confidence and boldness derives from being Christ centered. Her passion is to share the good news, “The Gospel of Jesus Christ.” She possesses the ability to inspire, encourage and motivate her audience to see Jesus daily, and to live consistently in a personal relationship with the Father.

Pastor Shirley is supported by her husband Johnny Milhouse. They are graced with one beautiful daughter Taryn L. Milhouse. Pastor Shirley spends most of her time enjoying her family, friends, exercising and reading. She believes “together we are better” and with Christ in the center “we are extraordinary!”
